Kayelani Marshall
Client Success Manager
Mrs. Marshall joined Babcock Laboratories’ Sample Control Department in 2010. With four years of experience and dedication, Mrs. Marshall was promoted to Project Manager Assistant (PMA) in 2014. Mrs. Marshall’s experience as a PMA and as a Sample Control Technician provided her with an invaluable background in the details of project management and the laboratory, and she became a Project Manager in 2017. Working with our clients has given Kayelani the advantage of building great relationships and an understanding of what our clients need to succeed. In July of 2023, Mrs. Marshall was promoted to Client Success Manager where she will manage Babcock’s Project Management Team. She is also responsible for achieving the company’s client experience goals through relationship-focused service to deliver reliable results of known and documented quality by completing client outreach, advocating for clients’ needs, and working with our Business Development Department for seamless client onboarding.

Amanda Porter
Project Manager
Ms. Porter joined Babcock Laboratories in 2015 with 18 years of environmental laboratory experience. She oversees a variety of project types, including stormwater, drinking water, and wastewater. Ms. Porter has experience in producing several report formats and many EDD types, including ADEPT, WaterTrax, GeoTracker, and other customized formats.

Cindy Waddell
Project Manager
Ms. Waddell has been a member of the Babcock team for over 35 years. During her career with us, Ms. Waddell has worked as a laboratory analyst and performed analyses in inorganic chemistry, ion chromatography, microbiology, and metals. In addition, she has extensive experience in customer service, including time spent in sample receiving and project management. Ms. Waddell also helped develop and institute the laboratory's sample control practices. The majority of client projects she oversees fall under wastewater, stormwater, drinking water, and hazardous waste characteristics.

Ms. McGlown joined the Babcock Labs team in 2018. She joined our company with over 10 years of experience in project management, specializing in State regulations, testing, analysis, and reporting of client data. Additionally, Ms. McGlown has over 15 years of customer service experience. As a Project Manager, she oversees a variety of project types, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater.

Ms. Brown has been with Babcock Labs since 2001 when she joined the Sample Receiving Department. With over 20 years of experience working with our clients and laboratory systems, Ms. Brown joined our project management team. Ms. Brown’s regulatory and testing requirement knowledge allows her to work on various project types including stormwater, drinking water and wastewater.
